Indium Releases Indium8.9HF Solder Paste

Indium8.9HF solder paste is halogen-free, no-clean and has an oxidation barrier said to eliminate head-in-pillow and graping.
Is stable at room temperature. Printing is the same regardless of whether the paste is new or at the end of its shelf life. Reportedly has excellent response-to-pause print performance. Is vacuum reflow compatible.
