PDR Releases Re-Ball Mode Software

Re-Ball Mode software is now available as part of ThermoActive Suite.
Allows operator to select software configuration, temperature management and profile management for completion of BGA reballing operations. Incorporates dynamic auto-profile software and thermal management systems into process. ThermoActive Suite Plus does not require a teach/learn mode; is capable of self-adjusting thermal output. In auto profile mode, software responds by increasing or decreasing top heat relative to environment, ramp rate, and temperature limits.
