Master Bond EP21TP-2NV is a two-part epoxy polysulfide formulated for use as an adhesive, sealant and potting system.

Withstands prolonged exposure to harsh chemicals, including fuels, oils, hydrocarbons and hydraulic fluids. Is RoHS compliant, meeting RoHS3 Directive (EU) 2015/863. Offers elongation between 40-80% at room temp. and tensile strength of 3,000-4,000psi. Resists aggressive thermal cycling over service temp. range of -80°F to +250°F. Has dielectric constant of 3.7 at 60Hz; provides excellent electrical insulation properties. Cures at room temp. in 48-72 hr. to form a rigid material with a Shore D hardness measuring 60-65. When cured at 200°F for 2-3 hr., hardness decreases to 15-20 Shore D.
