SWF-KL piston soldering module carries out piston soldering process under nitrogen, including fully automated changing of soldering tip.

Is speed-controlled with 100% traceability. Has integrated nitrogen gas supply. Intelligent sensors inform operator when wire is tending toward the end in feeder. Has another 40mm of solder wire in reserve after signal to complete current solder and process. Allows for solid and reproducible arrangement of wire feeders and soldering piston kinematics. Can be equipped with extraction system. Has adjustable speeds and wait and dwell times. Piston soldering can be adjusted for production conditions and specifications; service life can be maximized through selecting standby temperature and functions. Changing of soldering tip is done according to process task or at defined intervals.
