EO-FP-002 flux paste is for SMD repair applications and is suitable for SnPb and Pb-free alloys.
Shows high level of activity and good wetting and dispersion behavior. Applies via plastic tips, for exact dosing and positioning. Containes halogen-free activators. Is highly viscous and shows temperature stability. Is for manual soldering and repair, dip soldering and special applications. Works with hot air or soldering irons.
