Axion 3-D AOI has integrated loader and unloader. Focused two-channel laser performs 2-D and 3-D inspection. 

Inspects highly specular surfaces (bare die, IPD, die attach, and underfill fillet). High bandwidth on a range of colors, surface roughness and materials. User friendly UI allows programming in typically under 30 minutes. Height repeatability is 3 Sigma at <3µm, height accuracy is 2µm.
