AccuStock is a fully automatic electronic reel component storage and retrieval system for different sizes of SMT component reels.

Stores and retrieves up to 8,000 reels of different diameters and thicknesses. Can place up to 150 reels of components into input area. Picks up reels from stacks, scans barcodes and stores reels. Does not use pallets. Twin-Silo concept, precision motion system and shelving design provide footprint of 17.4’ x 9.3’ (5.3m x 2.8m). Incorporates simultaneous reel input and output operations at separate locations. Can handle reel diameter sizes from 7" up to 15" and thicknesses from 4mm to 44mm. Automatically checks thickness of each reel. Sensors sort reels and place them in correct shelf automatically. Software interface provides customization for generating reports, notifications, and communicating with SMD equipment and MES/ERP systems. Component reels can be sorted on output by job number, placement machine or SMT line.
