TF-M881R tack flux is for BGA/CSP component applications.

Has shelf life of nine months. Is categorized as halogen-free according to JEITA ET-7304A and ROL0 by IPC J-STD-004B. Has more than 72 hr. of tack time, in addition to excellent heat resistivity and meltability. Reportedly exhibits stable and consistent dispensing after 5,000 dispensing shots. Retains high electrical reliability and ensures good melting properties. Has high surface insulation resistance, making it suitable for use in fine-pitch applications.
