MasterSil 153AO is addition-cured two-part silicone with self-priming property. Is electrically insulating.

Has elongation between 100-120% and tensile lap shear strength of 700-800psi. Provides thermal conductivity of 0.93-1.08 W/(m•K), volume resistivity of more than 10¹⁴ ohm-cm, coefficient of thermal expansion of 150-180 x 10^-6 in/in/°C, and hardness of 65-75 Shore A. Is serviceable over temp. range of -65°F to +400°F. Mix ratio is 1 to 1 by weight. Cures with addition of moderate amounts of heat. Optimal cure schedule is overnight at room temp., followed by 2-4 hr. at 135°F-185°F. Retains smooth paste consistency and minimal flow. Has working life of 4 to 6 hr. for a 100gm mass at 75°F. Bonds well to metals, glass, ceramics, many plastics and silicone rubbers.
