Is broad latitude chemistry that delivers consistent print and reflow performance across a range of component types and feature sizes. Exhibits electrochemical reliability down to 0.100mm. Has compatibility with Innolot alloy and ability to maintain high electrochemical performance in harsh operating conditions on dense assembly. Reliable post-reflow residue enables excellent pin testability. Exhibits >2.00CpK for transfer efficiencies between 60%-120% at area ratios above 0.60 against variable print process conditions. Maintains repeatable transfer efficiency on fine-feature 01005 components and coalescence down to 170µm circle and square apertures. Is zero-halogen, ROL0 no-clean solder paste available in powder Type 4 and Type 5. Has wide process window and high SIR performance. Is compatible with SAC 305.
