Teledyne LeCroy Debuts HDO6000B Oscilloscope
HDO6000B oscilloscope integrates waveform generation and spectrum analysis with 12-bit res and 15.6" display.
Includes HD4096 technology; brings together high sample rate 12-bit ADCs, high signal-to-noise amplifiers and low-noise system architecture. Offers sample rate of 10GS/s and memory up to 250 Megapoints. Features 15.6" 1920 x 1080 display. Optional internal function generator creates standard and arbitrary waveforms; is reportedly ideal for stimulating device under test. Optional spectrum analysis software mimics controls of conventional spectrum analyzer. Has MAUI with OneTouch user interface; simplifies measurement setup and provides faster answers when debugging signal abnormalities. Can be controlled remotely using MAUI Studio remote control and offline analysis tool. Offered in bandwidths of 350MHz, 500MHz and 1GHz.
