WeldInspect DIM is an optical inspection system designed to inspect welds and other shiny surfaces.

Uses digital inverted microscope for precision alignment of optics; ideal for imaging polished metal samples used in weld analysis. Used for advanced visual inspection tasks using 4K imaging. Ideal for viewing hybrid microcircuits, ceramic PCBs and other substrates. Can be used as compact standalone instrument or coupled to PC with analytical software tools. Microscope is for weld bead analysis and measurement, including ultra-HD imaging system with motorized zoom optics, auto-focus, built-in illumination and software for weld measurements, documentation and reporting. Is available with assortment of dedicated accessories to enable range of inspection tasks. Features high magnification, with models providing 200x or up to 250x screen magnification. Features built-in dedicated lighting. Includes Inspectis Basics software, USB3.0 or PCIe converter, 5 pcs tempered glass windows, PC communication cable and protection cover for instrument. Compatible weld bead measurement software bundle with Nikon NIS Elements D is ordered separately.
