Is equipped with 90kV, sealed, microfocus x-ray source that can achieve spot size as small as 4µm; HD digital flat panel detector with 85µm resolution and 6-axis motorized motion control with oblique angle inspection of up to 65°. Is for basic inspection and enhanced analysis of BGAs, QFNs and more. Captures 2-D and 2.5-D x-ray images for defect detection and failure analysis in production environments.
