EO-S-002 solar flux has 2% solids and low resin content.
EO-S-007 also has 2% solids content and is resin-free. EO-S-008 is similar in design to EO-S-002 but belongs to special fluxes, as it was developed for low-melting applications; it can also be used for PV applications. EO-S-009 and EO-S-010 are alcohol-based fluxes with solids content of 1.8% and 1.5%, respectively. EO-S-010 contains low resin complex. EO-S-011 and EO-S-012 are hybrid fluxes on an alcohol-water basis. Both fluxes have 2% solids and low resin content. EO-S-011 has alcohol content of 60% and EO-S-012 15%. Both are optimized for drying. EO-S-013 is alcohol-based flux with solids content of 2%, characterized by synthetic resin complex. Acid value is 5.0 to 7.0; has outstanding temperature stability. All solar fluxes have been developed for soldering solar modules, tabber and stringer material, as well as for connecting cells. Are no-clean and halogen-free. Leave no sticky residues. Activators are designed for high temperatures required in production of solar modules.
