Alpha HRL3 solder sphere is a lead-free, high-reliability, low-temp. alloy for ball-mount applications.
Designed to exhibit improved drop shock and thermal cycling performance versus existing low-temp. alloys. Offers wide operating window and reduced warpage. Capable of soldering at temp. lower than standard tin-silver copper alloys.
