ASMPT Releases DEK TQ L Stencil Printer
DEK TQ L stencil printer handles printed circuit boards measuring up to 600 x 510mm, 90% more than the DEK TQ.
Has an alignment accuracy of ±12.5 microns @ 2 Cmk and wet printing accuracy of ±17.0 microns @ 2 Cpk. Can be configured in a back-to-back alignment to double line productivity without increasing length. Printable area measures 560 by 510mm, 78% larger than other TQ machines. Three-stage conveyor processes boards up to 345mm long. Core cycle time maximum is 6.5 sec. in three-stage operation. Features high-precision linear drives, new off-belt printing process, innovative clamping systems, an advanced print head, and ASMPT NuMotion controller with fiber-optic cabling.
