Delvitech Rolls Out 3iS AOI
Delvitech's 3iS AOI system is designed to ensure scalability and inspection repeatability on all production lines by deploying identical hardware and software technology for each inspection phase.
Uses neural networks to identify complex components and provides the capability to analyze the soldering process as well as the management of automatic adaptation to allow the usage of a mixture of components on the production line. Features a self programming feature that allows the user to speed up and increase the quality of the programming process, predictive analysis to allow further cost savings by anticipating possible product failures, and MES systems interfaces, available for Delvitech SPC and for user’s management tools integration.
