Keysight Technologies' InfiniiVision HD3 series 14-bit analog-to-digital converter oscilloscope delivers four times the signal resolution and half the noise floor of other general-purpose oscilloscopes.

Features high vertical resolution through a 14-bit ADC and a 50µVRMS low noise floor that can detect the smallest signal anomalies, and covers bandwidths between 200MHz and 1GHz. Also features a custom-built ASIC that gives engineers higher sample rates and memory under typical testing conditions, a high waveform update rate and hardware-based functions such as mask, zone, and serial decode. Is able to capture longer time spans at full sample rate for better measurement/analysis results, and offers an all-new user interface enabling versatile functionality, including full ADC and vertical resolution on every channel, several bandwidth limiting options, HD mode support and custom measurement thresholds. Introduces automatic fault hunter software for general debugging, which analyzes glitches, slow edges, and runts while engineers complete other tasks, and allows engineers to automate measurements with a large selection of serial bus protocols and application software.
