MERIDIAN, ID -- Computrol Inc. has purchased fellow EMS provider Wolf Electronix for an undisclosed amount. The combined company will have 350 workers across its three factories.

Orem, UT-based Wolf operates a 33,000 sq. ft. factory in Orem, where it consolidated last year after closing a factory in Colorado. Computrol has a 70,000 sq. ft. plant in Meridian, ID, and a 24,000 sq. ft. site in Post Falls, ID.

The company employs 120 workers and no layoffs are planned, according to reports.
