The company, which makes films and supplies EMS services, still expects record sales and profits for the 2008 fiscal year.
Its Electronic Systems’ sales were $16.1 million in the fourth quarter, down 3% year-over-year.
Full-year sales were approximately $280 million, up 20% from 2007, the firm said today. Weakness in the Engineered Films Division is anticipated to hold full-year net income to an increase of approximately 10%.
For the year, Electronic Systems’ sales were approximately $62 million, Engineered Films had sales of about $90 million, and Applied Technology Division (formerly Flow Controls) had sales of approximately $103 million. Aerostar sales were approximately $27 million.
