TAIPEI – Foxconn Electronics (Hon Hai Precision Industry) reported April revenues of NT$94.4 billion, down 8.23% sequentially and 8.22% year-over-year.

The firm’s first-quarter 2009 revenues were NT$372.4 billion, down nearly 8% compared to the same quarter last year.

The company noted a traditional occurrence of an April drop in sales for prior years.

Foxconn expects flat sequential second-quarter revenues.
