LOHJA, FINLAND -- Electronics production equipment supplier Cencorp will combine certain operations and close its current headquarters here before June 1, 2010, the company said today.

The company will outsource equipment manufacturing, opting instead to concentrate on its R&D centers in Salo and Mikkeli. The company also will handle sales and marketing, after-sales service and customer support.

Cencorp said future acquisitions are planned.
