WESSELING, GERMANY -- Finetech has acquired Martin GmbH, a manufacturer of rework and dispensing equipment located here.

No financial details or other terms were disclosed.

In a press release, Finetech said Martin’s product manufacturing will remain in Wesseling, and the brand name will be preserved. Finetech CEO Gunter Kuerbis says that the two companies' products are complementary. while Martin CEO Bernhard Martin added that its dispensing technology will provide a broader product offering.
