The maker of automation equipment and handling systems reported net earnings of $21 million, up slightly over previous year.  

For the fourth quarter ended Dec. 31, net sales were $49 million, down 14% from last year. Orders are up 6.5% year-over-year, the company said, on demand from the automotive and electronics segments.
