KARLSKOGA, SWEDEN -- Kitron AB has informed local employees that it will consolidate all administration to its site in Jönköping. A total of 69 workers will be affected, the EMS company said.

The site's has been affected by a transfer by its largest customer to a lower-cost Kitron plant and lessening demand for Defense products. The company said that pending negotiations with the local union, could lead to an extensive downsizing or a shutdown of the unit.
