BANGKOK – Fabrinet reported third-quarter fiscal 2012 revenue of $139 million, down 28.7% year-over-year.

GAAP net loss for the period was $46.3 million, compared to GAAP net income of $16.7 million in the third quarter of 2011.

The company expects fourth-quarter revenue in the range of $139 million to $143 million.

Fabrinet provides optical, electro-mechanical and electronic manufacturing services.
