German Electronic Assembly Orders Up Nearly 10% in Q2

FRANKFURT – Second-quarter orders for German manufacturers of electronic assemblies increased almost 10% year-over-year, after two quarters of recession, says ZVEI, according to published reports.
Orders for the quarter grew 6.1% sequentially, the firm says.
Revenue improved 0.4% sequentially, and the book-to-bill ratio increased to 1.14.
