BANGKOK – Fabrinet reported fiscal first-quarter 2014 revenue of $171.6 million, up 8.2% year-over-year.

For the quarter ended Sept. 27, GAAP net income was $19.2 million, up 20% compared to the same period of fiscal 2013.

Fabrinet expects second-quarter revenue to be in the range of $170 million to $174 million.

The firm provides optical packaging and precision optical, electro-mechanical and electronic manufacturing services to OEMs.
