SMT Developments to Buy EMS Site

WARWICK, UK -- SMT Developments will spend a reported £1 million ($1.6 million) to acquire its building thanks to a UK government grant.
The EMS company received the funds from the Coventry and Warwickshire Local Enterprise Partnership as part of a program aimed at economic development.
The company currently leases a 13,200 sq. ft. site in the Heathcote Industrial Estate.
