NEWARK, NY -- IEC Electronics has received notification from an existing medical customer to start material procurement to support orders currently anticipated to be worth at least $20 million.

The new orders are expected to ship over the course of IEC's fiscal 2015.

IEC did not state whether the orders are new or had been previously disclosed.

The customer has completed product testing after resolution of its Food and Drug Administration issues, IEC said.
