Eastern Co. Buys Argo Transdata

NAUGATUCK, CT — The Eastern Company has completed its acquisition of PCB assembler Argo Transdata.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Argo is a manufacturer and supplier of printed circuit board assemblies used in medical devices, measurement and control equipment. Eastern is a manufacturer of industrial hardware, security products and metal castings.
The acquisition reportedly will increase Eastern's sales by approximately 4%.
