BANGKOK – Fabrinet reported fiscal third quarter revenue ended Mar. 27 of $189.5 million, up 13% year-over-year.
GAAP net income was $10.8 million, compared to GAAP net income of $47.7 million in the third quarter of fiscal 2014.
“Our third quarter results were solid, with revenue and EPS ahead of our expectations,” said CEO Tom Mitchell. “Our initiatives to expand our new product introduction and advanced packaging capabilities are well underway, and we are on track to ship our first products from our new west coast facility in the current quarter.”
Fabrinet expects fourth quarter revenue in the range of $195 million to $199 million.
The firm provides advanced optical packaging and precision optical, electro-mechanical and electronic manufacturing services to OEMs.
