VERN SUR SEICHE, FRANCE -- Lacroix Electronics named Stéphane Klajzyngier managing director of its Electronics division, effective June 1.

Klajzyngier, who is the division's third MD in three years, succeeds François Beauxis. He will pursue a strategy of growth by enhancing customer satisfaction and collaboration and improving operational performance, the company said.

Lacroix has four factories and five design centers in France, Germany, Poland and Tunisia. It had sales of 220 million euros in 2014 and employs 2,900 staff members.
