FARMINGDALE, NY – Cemtrex reported third-quarter revenue increased 9% year-over-year to $14.7 million.

The electronics manufacturer’s net income for the period ended June 30 increased 26% to $898,827 compared to the same period in 2014.

For the nine months ended June 30, revenue increased 26% year-over-year to $42.8 million. Net profits increased 25% to $2.3 million compared to the same six-month period last year.

"We have experienced strong organic growth this fiscal year and remain optimistic regarding the opportunities for our business. We are on pace for a strong year in fiscal 2015 and believe we are poised for continued growth as we look to capitalize on current market conditions," said Saagar Govil, chairman and CEO of Cemtrex.
