FORT ATKINSON, WI – Contract manufacturer Electronic Technologies International has acquired wire harness manufacturer Able Cable in an agreement that will bring additional capabilities to the electronic manufacturing services sector.

ETI president and owner William Brink said this is great news for Midwestern OEMs and customers looking to outsource their wire harness/cable assemblies.

“By combining resources and technical skills, the two companies stand to offer a more robust set of manufacturing capabilities to current and future partners,” he said.

“With the additional capabilities of printed circuit board assembly and panel builds, we can offer our customers a more fully integrated electronic manufacturing service,” said Richard Knaack, president and owner of Able Cable.

This is ETI’s fourth acquisition in the past 11 years.

No financial terms of the agreement were disclosed.
