MOSCOW -- Rehm Thermal Systems is expanding its operations here, opening a direct branch last month.

The reflow oven maker says the move offers customers comprehensive product consultation and rapid service locally. It previously used a local distributor.

The company named Mikhail Kuzhelev the direct Rehm contact for sales and service. He had been a senior process engineer at a Russian electronics service manufacturer memory modules, microprocessors and other electronics components.

Rehm has manufacturing sites in Germany and China and 26 representatives in 24 countries.
