ORLANDO, FL – API Technologies reported fiscal fourth-quarter revenue ended Nov. 30 of $57.8 million, down 2.2% year-over-year. The firm posted a net loss of $1.2 million for the quarter, compared to a net loss of $7.2 million for the same period in 2013.

For the period, operating income totaled $82 million. Operating margin fell 60 basis points to 15.1% for the quarter ended Dec. 31.

For the year the division totaled operating income of $340 million on revenues of $2.2 billion. Organic revenue was up 1.5% year-over-year, while overall revenue rose 1.3%.

The Test & Measurement and Electronics unit includes such companies as Speedline Technologies, Kester Solder and Vitronics Soltec.
