MINNEAPOLIS -- SMTA announced 2017 dates for its annual electronics assembly and manufacturing trade show in Atlanta.

The Atlanta 21st Annual Expo will take place Apr. 19 at the Infinite Energy Center (formerly the Gwinnett Center) in Duluth, GA.

The Atlanta chapter show is one of a dozen local trade shows SMTA has planned for 2017. Others include:

• Jan. 19 Rocky Mountain Expo & Tech Forum
• Mar. 7 Dallas Expo & Tech Forum
• Mar. 9 Houston Expo & Tech Forum
• Mar. 29 Intermountain (Boise) Expo & Tech Forum
• Apr. 5 West Penn Expo & Tech Forum
• May 16 Carolinas Expo & Tech Forum
• May 11 Michigan Expo & Tech Forum
• June 7 Toronto SMTA Expo & Tech Forum
• Jul. 13 Ohio Expo & Tech Forum
• Aug. 24 Capital Expo & Tech Forum
• Nov. 2 LA/Orange County Expo & Tech Forum

Also taking place in 2017 are the Symposium on Counterfeit Parts and Materials on June 27-28 and the International Wafer-Level Packaging Conference Exhibition on Oct. 24 - 25.
