Methode Completes Pacific Insight Deal

VANCOUVER -- Methode Electronics today completed its acquisition of Pacific Insight Electronics.
Under terms of the deal, Pacific Insight shareholders received C$18.50 per share.
Pacific Insight becomes Methode Electronics British Columbia.
