POMONA, CA – Everett Charles Technologies has acquired Harbor Electronics Inc., a maker of circuit boards for semiconductor test applications. Financial terms were not disclosed.
Harbor vice president Tim McNulty has been named president of ECT’s Semiconductor Test Group.
ECT is a wholly owned subsidiary of Dover Technologies and Dover Corp., the parent company of DEK, Vitronics, OK International and Universal Instruments, among others.
ECT’s president said the move is proof of the company’s commitment to local support.

capabilities and capacity complements our existing test socket,
performance board, and IC handler product lines and augments STG’s
leadership position in this segment of the semiconductor test
industry.”
Harbor Electronics, founded in 1988, specializes in the manufacture of PCBs for semiconductor test.
