ALBUQUERQUE, NM – Delta Group Electronics has purchased the assets of Sanford, FL-based electronics manufacturing services supplier Singletec Inc. No financial terms were disclosed.

Delta, which has acquired three EMS companies over the past two years, will combine the Sanford plant with another factory in Rockledge, FL, by late this year. Singletec president Kurt Storey will become sales and marketing manager for Florida.

Previous acquisitions include Frontier Technologies in California and Assembly Solutions in Texas. The company has six assembly lines and more than 100,000 sq. ft. of manufacturing space across its four current plants, according to the 2007 Circuits Assembly Directory of EMS Companies.
