Benchmark Electronics today announced net income was $25.9 million for the second quarter, a 6% drop from the same period last year.
Sales rose 1% year-over-year to $756 million.
The quarterly results were affected by $2.2 million in restructuring charges and integration costs.
The company expects moderate demand in the third quarter compared to what was previously anticipated. Sales for the third quarter are expected to be between $730 million and $770 million.
