TORONTO -- Celestica lowered its fourth-quarter revenue estimate about 9% to $2.20 billion to $2.25 billion for the period ending Dec. 31, due to in drops in demand from several customers.
On Oct. 26, the EMS firm had guided for revenue of $2.25 billion to $2.45 billion.
Net earnings per share were pegged at $0.00 to $0.06, down from $0.15 to $0.23 on Oct. 26.
The company expects a net charge of $0.08 to $0.12 due to an increase in inventory provisions at its Monterrey, Mexico facility.
The company's fourth-quarter results will be released on Jan. 30.
