TAIPEI -- Foxconn reported sales increased 6.6% year-over-year to NT$344 billion ($11.55 billion) in April.

Foxconn remained the clear-cut revenue lewder among other leading Taiwanese ODMs, but some competitors did better on a percentage basis. Pegatron's consolidated revenue rose 28% to NT$280.9 ($9.41 billion), and net profit was NT$2.08 billion.

Compal's consolidated revenue was NT$196 billion, and operating profit was NT$2.1 billion ($68.69 million). Net income was NT$1.4 billion.

Quanta's April sales rose 0.1% to NT$69.2 million. Ed.: US$1 = NT$29.9030
