PATHUMTANI, THAILAND – SVI Public Co. posted second quarter consolidated sales of 4.1 million baht (US$129 million), an increase of 8.9% year-over-year and 4.6% sequentially.

Industrial Control, Photonics and Lighting, Medical, and Clean Energy were key sectors that contributed to sales growth.

Consolidated net income was 150 million baht, a decrease of 44.6% from the second quarter of 2018, and an 80.7% increase sequentially. Consolidated operating profit was 143 million baht.

Total consolidated assets in the second quarter were 12.2 million baht. The group has an outstanding long-term debt of 454 million baht.
