QUANG NINH, VIETNAM – Foxconn made its first batch of display screens this week at its $26 million factory here, according to reports.

The factory is expected to make 20,000 screens each year, most of which will be exported.

Foxconn is reportedly planning to expand production at the site eventually, with future plans to make a million display screens and TVs.

Total export revenue is expected to be $250 million in 2021, with annual revenue later to reach $1 billion.
