VANCOUVER, WA – Silicon Forest Electronics is merging with ESAM and Bay Computer Associates through a stock purchase agreement with VergePointe Capital in Lake Oswego, OR.

The combined group will be merged into EHC, a holding company.

Silicon Forest provides PCB assembly and box-build for the aerospace, medical, defense, unmanned systems, and industrial markets. The company holds AS9100 and ISO 13485 certifications, and NADCAP accreditation for the process and quality control systems.

No financial terms of the agreement were disclosed.
