Norautron Acquires Jaltek to Expand UK Manufacturing
HORTEN, NORWAY – Norautron has acquired UK-based electronics manufacturing services (EMS) provider Jaltek, expanding its manufacturing footprint into the United Kingdom and strengthening its engineering and production capabilities.
Jaltek brings more than 35 years of experience in electronics design and manufacturing, serving customers in aerospace, defense, medical technology and industrial electronics. Its capabilities include new product introduction, PCB assembly layout, manufacturing, testing and final system assembly.
Norautron said the acquisition supports its strategy of expanding advanced electronics manufacturing capabilities while increasing access to key UK markets. Jaltek will continue operating from its existing facilities under its current management team, while gaining access to Norautron's international manufacturing network and technical resources.
