JASPER, IN – Kimball Electronics reported fourth-quarter fiscal 2026 net sales of $371 million, a 5% sequential increase, and provided fiscal 2027 guidance calling for a return to organic sales growth supported by its Helvoet Polymer Technologies acquisition.

Fourth-quarter operating income totaled $29 million, or 7% of net sales, while the company generated $42.4 million in operating cash flow and reduced debt to $116.6 million, its lowest level in more than four years. Medical remained the strongest-performing end market during fiscal 2026, and Kimball said it expects the segment to represent more than one-third of company sales in fiscal 2027.

For fiscal 2027, Kimball expects net sales of $1.54 billion to $1.56 billion, representing 7% to 9% growth over fiscal 2026, including 3% to 5% organic growth and approximatelyS$60 million in revenue from Helvoet.
