Alpha Vaculoy SACX 0307 Plus low-Ag Pb-free wave solder and rework alloy is a replacement for SnPb and SAC 305. Is said to perform as Alpha SACX 0307, but with lower copper dissolution. Can be run at lower operating temperatures than most Ag-free, Pb-free alternatives; wets well on low- to medium-complexity assemblies in either wave rework or selective soldering applications.
